WIN 2 TICKETS TO RHS TATTON PARK

This competition runs from 11th July 2022 and closes at midday on Thursday 21 July 2022. Entries received after this time are automatically disqualified. The winner must reside in the UK and be over 18 years of age at date of entry. The winner must consent to present proof of age on being informed of their win. Only one entry per person.

The winner will be chosen at random by mYcard and will be contacted as soon as is practical after the closing date, via the Instagram DM address they have provided. The winner must confirm acceptance within 1 day of the date and time of the DM message informing them of their win. Should they not accept in time their claim will become invalid, and a new winner will be selected at random.

The prizes are as stated on Instagram and are subject to availability.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or credit alternatives are available. If, due to circumstances beyond their control mYcard are unable to provide the stated prize(s), they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. mYcard’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

mYcard reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition where necessary. mYcard reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition. Insofar as it is permitted by law, mYcard will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from your taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of mYcard or its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

By entering the competition, you confirm you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. There is no entry fee and no purchase required. The competition is open to people aged 18 or over, except employees of mYcard, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion, or their immediate family members.

Winners agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes. mYcard must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, mYcard will disclose the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails [email protected] within one month after the closing date of the competition. If you object to the sharing of any or all of your surname and county, please contact mYcard. In such circumstances, mYcard must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

mYcard will only process your personal information given on entry to this competition as set out in our Privacy Policy unless you also sign up to receive more information and material from mYcard.

This competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
